Welcome to Befrsher! By accessing and using our website (www.befrsher.com), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
  • Customers can place orders as guests (no account required).

  • We only accept orders within India (international orders are not available).

  • Providing accurate and complete information during checkout is mandatory. Orders with fake or fraudulent details will be canceled without notice.

2. Order & Payment Terms
  • Orders can be placed 24/7, but processing takes place Monday to Friday (except holidays).

  • We accept Razorpay-powered payments (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, etc.).

  • Customers receive an invoice via email within 6 hours after placing an order.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for selected states (Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Delhi, Karnataka, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Telangana). All other locations require prepaid payments.

3. Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (except Saturdays & Sundays).

  • Delivery timelines vary: Metro cities (within 7 days), long-distance locations (up to 10 days).

  • Customers receive tracking details via WhatsApp and our website.

4. Cancellation & Returns
  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement (refunds processed for prepaid orders with payment gateway fees deducted).

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

  • We offer exchanges only for size issues (no returns/refunds).

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 1-2 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless visiting our local partner store for the exchange.

5. Liabilities & Disclaimers
  • We ensure 100% quality checks before shipping, but we do not offer warranties on products.

  • Befrsher is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen courier issues.

  • If a product is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier partner.

6. Right to Refuse Service
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service if a customer provides false information, abuses return policies, or engages in fraudulent activity.
