1. Delivery Options

• Home Delivery: Delivery charges apply based on the selected option and location. Charges will be calculated at checkout.

• In-Store Pickup: Free of cost at our partnered stores. Customers will receive a confirmation email when the order is ready for pickup.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday due to non-working days.

3. Delivery Timeframe

We ship orders via Shiprocket, which partners with multiple courier services. The estimated delivery time is:

• Metro Cities & Nearby States: Within 7 days
• Remote Locations (Jharkhand, Jammu, etc.): Up to 10 days
• Unexpected Delays: While we ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances (courier delays, weather conditions, etc.) may cause minor delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are charged based on the delivery location:
✅ Madhya Pradesh: ₹62 (Free shipping for orders above ₹999)
✅ Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra: ₹70
✅ Metro Cities (Delhi, Karnataka, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Telangana): ₹95
🚚 Local Pickup: Available in Bhopal for the following PIN codes:

5. Tracking & Order Updates

• Customers receive a tracking link via SMS/Email from Shiprocket after order dispatch.
• Customers can also track their orders via the “Track Shipment” section on our website.
• Our support team stays connected via WhatsApp to provide updates until the order is delivered.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

COD is available for:
Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Metro Cities.

7. Delivery Issues & Support

• If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, customers can contact our support team.
• If an order is marked as “delivered” but not received, report it to us within 48 hours for investigation.
