Exchange, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

At Befrsher, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Below are the detailed terms and conditions for cancellations, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation
  • Customers can cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched for shipping.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • To request cancellation, customers must email us at samaadhaan@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 9399483645.

  • For prepaid orders, a full refund will be provided after deducting payment gateway fees. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • If a customer cancels a prepaid order after it has been shipped, shipping charges will also be deducted before processing the refund.

2. Exchange Policy
  • We do not accept returns. We only offer exchanges for size issues.

  • Customers must request an exchange within 1-2 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Process
  • Customers must ship the product back to our delivery location at their own expense.

  • Once we receive the original product, we will dispatch the replacement within 1-2 business days.

  • If the customer opted for local pickup, they can visit our partner store to request an exchange.

  • For customers choosing delivery, the shipping cost for the exchanged product will be borne by the customer.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Cases
  • We conduct a 100% quality check before shipping, ensuring customers receive the correct product.

  • However, if a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must report it within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear images of the product as proof and contact us via email or WhatsApp.

  • If the claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement (exchange only, no refunds).

5. Additional Notes
  • If a customer selects local pickup, they can visit the partner store for any exchange or query resolution.

  • For delivered orders, shipping costs for exchanges are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be refunded, as we do not provide refunds—only exchanges.
